Your say, your play, your community

The response we have had at Lionheart Radio is phenomenal. We get phone calls, texts and emails flying in left, right and centre and it makes us feel that we are achieving something that not many towns the size of Alnwick have had the determination to achieve (another larger Northumberland town failed to establish their own community radio station!!) And we are licenced to broadcast for the next 5 YEARS.

Lionheart Radio is THE place where the local community can have their say - and say it to 1000's of homes and businesses in the area in one shout. A place where your favourite tune is just one text away. A place with local voices, local stories and local music.

Unfortunately, this service does not come free!

Every single minute of broadcasting Lionheart Radio costs us money. We only have so much money left before we can no longer broadcast your favorite station.

We need cash. We're not asking for a lot. If you can put your hand in your pocket and donate £5 you can helps us stay on the air serving our community.

We have set up a "Wall of Sound" on this website. It is a fun and easy way to donate money to Lionheart Radio and broadcast your message worldwide - it's as easy as 1, 2, 3;

1) You pick a brick on the wall

2) You state how much you would like to spend on the brick

3) Your name then gets displayed within the brick and you have the option of recording a message - when people click on your brick it shouts out at them. This could be your name, your business or just a silly message.
