The Seer

The Seer are a German band who have a large following in Bavaria and over the border in Italy. I am working together with the band to introduce them to the UK. Following a successful interview earlier in the year, I travelled over in the New Year of 2013 to their hometown of Augsburg for their annual festive gig at the Spectrum Club. The band are a tight group, playing delicious rock, with a hint of Celtic every now and then. The release of their seventh studio album, Wide Eyed Walker in September 2012 brought many new UK fans and radio play is increasing. The interview with the band took place in Augsburg, Germany following an 800 capacity sellout gig and was aired on Saturday 19th January 2013 on BB & CR

Iain Petrie is a local man, originally from Edinburgh but now based in Berwick Upon Tweed, and he plays, performs, records and produces music. He came up with the idea to put together a charity CD - a compilation of original festive songs from local artists. The money raised will go to schools in the Berwick area and also to Berwick Youth Trust. I interviewed Iain at his studio to find out more. The interview was aired on BB & CR on Saturday 22nd December 2012.
